Preventative care is key in promoting a safe, healthy, and happy life. Well Child Checks are offered for Pediatric patients ages newborn to 18 years of age. These include developmental screenings, physical exam, anticipatory guidance, vaccination, diagnosis, and treatment.

I strive to guide and support families in helping them reach their hopes and dreams for their children to the best of their abilities by providing guidance in areas of childhood development, safety, and physical and emotional health.  

We are happy to schedule multiple siblings together for sick or well child checks! Yes, on the same day!

Continuity of care especially when providing well child care is extremely important. If you are using our services but have another PCP established we are happy to, and most definitely will fax all information from our visit to their clinic for this reason. Also when you establish on the patient portal you will have access to your records quickly and conveniently.  

Alternatively as your PCP we will be happy to guide you in transferring previous health history records to our clinic for review. This typically involves your request from previous clinic to have health records faxed to 800-658-4178.

We accept insurance for Presbyterian, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid, Cigna and Aetna. Please be familiar with your insurance plan and coverage for Sick and Well Child Visits.

Co pay is charged as a standard clinic / PCP visit so please be familiar with what your coverage entails in terms of standard clinic/PCP clinic visits.
